This course entails the study and application of the fundamental concepts of absorption, distribution, metabolism, and the elimination of drugs. The effects of formulation, disease and diet on pharmacokinetics, as well as the principles of bioavailability and bioequivalence are discussed. Prerequisite: PHA316 and Corequisite: Professional Year 2 status. [4 cr.].
