NUT 357 - Meal Planning
In this course, students will learn to apply the principles of meal planning in the development of balanced and appropriate menus keeping in mind nutritional requirements, portion sizes, exchange lists, budget, individual preferences as well as cultural suitability. Prerequisites: NUT201, Co-requisite: NUT 356. [0-3, 1 cr.]
