This course introduces students to various bioinformatics tools and their applications. Students will be familiarized with genomic and proteomic databases and will gain practical experience in using them as well as the statistical package R for analyzing biological data.
Prerequisite Advanced Molecular Biology and Genomics [3-0, 3 cr.]
